Digital Marketing Coordinator | Full-Time, Contract

Blue Door is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team on a Full-Time, Contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communications, an eye for detail, possess strong writing skills, have experience managing digital advertising and email marketing campaigns, and enjoy working in a team environment. The position of Digital Marketing Coordinator will work to support the design team and Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting marketing initiatives with strategic thinking, copy-writing, and execution
  • Development of creative briefs based on client requests and working with design team to bring concepts to life
  • Creating and managing email marketing campaigns and tagging/segmenting mailing lists
  • Creating and managing digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more
  • Review and revision of internal and external documents to ensure communication is clear and free of errors
  • Working with Digital Manager to ensure all client communication is clear, concise, and on-time
  • Creation of shot lists and on-site management of photo shoots
  • Creation of content calendars and publishing of organic social media posts

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years working in an agency environment, or similar
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Proficiency working with the following platforms is a must:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Hootsuite / Sprout Social / or similar
    • Google Ads (search, display, and video)
    • Facebook Business Manager
    • Mailchimp / or similar
  • Proficiency working with the following platforms is an asset:
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Shopify / eCommerce
    • Websites (Wordpress, Squarespace, or similar)
