The COVID-19 pandemic drastically impacted Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada (RAOC) attendance due to closures and indoor capacity restrictions. Additionally, 2022 annual memberships have been extended to account for the period guests could not access the aquarium. As a result, RAOC anticipated a significant reduction in annual membership renewals and required a comprehensive strategy and full-scale digital marketing campaign to drive awareness and sales for the program.
